you don’t have to be femme or butch in order to be a lesbian. you can just be a lesbian. yes, femme and butch is tied deeply into lesbian history, but it isn’t a requirement. you don’t have to fit into a category in order to be attracted to only women (and nb), so don’t stress about it! 💕
