As someone who had a bad break up with my QPP, it’s so frustrating when people say that QPRs are just having a best friend. No. I’ve had friendships end, fall apart, etc, but none of them hurt like this. I still miss them, miss us, even though they hurt me. I loved them, and it’s so destabilizing to hear someone say that I didn’t, simply because the love wasn’t romantic.
