Also, STRETCH YOUR HAMSTRINGS! Those muscles that make up the back of your thighs! You use those muscles a LOT, and when they’re tight, they can throw your pelvis out of alignment, which then goes on to make your spine wonky as well, thus causing lower back pain.

Additionally, strengthen your core! You don’t need to do 500 sit-ups or a 10 minute plank or anything like that, just think about keeping your tummy muscles engaged as you go throughout your day!
